What can be said about this city.Whatever you have heard it is all true,you cannot possibly see everything it has to offer in one day, so you will have to return.Be sure to plan what you would like to see most and stick to your schedule otherwise you will not fit it all in.The Vatican is a must the sheer size is amazing and you can even walk to the top of the tower and look down on the ants below(there is also a lift).If you are planing to "make your own way"make sure you are in plenty of time to get back to the ship as Rome gets very busy at rush hour.
